Izak started his career in the financial services division of the banking industry as a marketing consultant. He soon moved over to the Mining industry where he held the position of HR manager. As HR manager of Anglogold Health service the Mining Health services was transformed in to Private Company that was competitive in the open market. This success ensured him a promotional position as Business Unit Manager of iGoldie, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anglogold. True to his entrepreneurial spirit he performed a Management Buy Out and then he held the position as M.D. for a company called GetMed (Pty) Ltd. In 2003 he started his own business and labour consulting company. He specialises in human resources capital management and business development. He has successfully coached a number of companies from start up to stand alone business with a good track record. He has consulted for the mining industry with specific emphasis on the mining charter and has also consulted for the Department Of Health on revitalisation strategies.
In 2005 he has joined the MBCI team and brings along a sound body of knowledge on people management, labour law, organisational development, turnaround strategies and entrepreneurship. It is his passion to empower and enable people to become fulfilled and successful individuals. He serves on a number of bodies and holds membership with professional institutions.
